The Chairman - Pre-tour First Post

Well it is a little over a week till the boys set off for France as the defending champions of the Trophee Jean Rumeau. Once again despite extended attempts with the French to get our name right we are down as the Barbarians School, Londres - well at least I have made it to Head Master as well as Chairman! I cannot make it to France I am afraid as I have to stay behind to guide charges towards examination success (fingers crossed), however I will be updating the blog every time I get a text from Neil who is managing the trip for me over in France, or Paul and Chevs our two coaches!!! Chevs by the way is Andrew Le Chevalier and a Chevalier if I remember correctly from my Sunday morning TV watching as a boy (Flashing Blades??? - can't really remember but it was my favourite program) is a Knight of the Order of the Legion of Honour in France! Not a bad name for a coach for a French rugby tournament - either he will be brilliant and give us the inside knowledge, or stitch us up and betray us to his French brothers in rugby!!! We can always guillotine him if it is the later!!!

Bon Chance!!!!
